About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning
- Train, develop, manage and lead production staff to ensure highest quality product
- Set and review production schedules to meet customer needs
- Maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute to a great customer experience
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment
- Ability to forecast and adjust production levels based on business data
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Physical ability to stand/walk continuously and lift up to 22 kg
