Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store
• Ensure the store is running smoothly and effectively
• Handle staff conflicts, problems, and complaints
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Motivate clerks and help them establish working relationships with customers
• Enforce rules and policies among the clerks
