Responsibilities
- Manage and work as part of a small team to provide exceptional product and customer experience
- Maintain bakery cleanliness alongside the team
- Manage team development through training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Foster a positive environment promoting teamwork and mutual respect
- Support local community events and the 'End of Day Giving' bread donation program
Requirements
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in baking, food production, food service, or hospitality
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, selection, retention, and staff development
- Knowledge of financial management, including cash management and banking
- Proficiency in email, Word, Excel, and data analysis
- Ability to stand/walk continuously and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 22 kg
