Bakery Crew Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional leadership and feedback on employee performance
• Maintain exceptional guest service by assessing needs and providing assistance
• Promote and maintain a safe working and shopping environment
• Reconcile cash drawers, prepare deposits, and balance safe
• Monitor food products to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock products
• Perform opening and closing duties

Requirements

• Texas Food Manager Certification required
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, special events, and holidays
• Ability to work at least two closing shifts per week
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Prior food service or hospitality experience
• Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment like mixers and ovens
