About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare items and assume responsibilities for assigned service stations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including FoodSafe and ServeSafe standards
- Use proper techniques with tools, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, kitchen, and dining areas
- Clean dishes and cutlery manually or using a dishwasher
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain speed of service standards
- Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns
Requirements
- Foodservice experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to follow strict health and safety procedures
