About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare all breakfast items including eggs, meats, quick breads, and scratch baking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation following all food safety and HACCP protocols
- Direct and assist sandwich makers and kitchen staff during the night shift
- Manage inventory, labeling, and dating of all prepared products
- Perform end-of-shift cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal
- Oversee production quality and front-of-house stocking during service
Requirements
- Previous experience providing high-volume hot breakfast service
- Experience in high-volume baking (scratch and pre-fab)
- Current Food Safe certificate
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid government-issued photo ID for travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Large-scale cooking experience in camp settings, banquet halls, or hotels
- Red Seal certification
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience producing weekly inventories
