Responsibilities

• Produce artisanal breads, viennoiseries, and pastries using slow fermentation and 100% sourdough methods
• Utilize selected local flours and dynamized water in a high-end workshop setting
• Support the production needs for La Grenouillère and the various other restaurants and hotels within the Alexandre Gauthier group
• Assist in training interns and new team members to help them develop their skills
• Contribute to the excellence and reputation of the Maison Alexandre Gauthier

Requirements

• Degree in bakery or pastry, or significant professional experience in a restaurant or boutique setting
• Strong sense of organization and rigor in a high-pressure culinary environment
• Punctuality and availability for early morning or daytime shifts
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with the team
• Sensitivity to the culinary vision of Chef Alexandre Gauthier
