Responsibilities

• Manufacture high-quality bakery products following established laboratory methods
• Ensure production quality and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Act as a proactive contributor by imagining, creating, and showcasing new product offerings
• Build trust and proximity with customers through professional advice and service

Requirements

• Holder of a CAP, BEP, or BP in Bakery
• Proven experience in retail or artisanal bakery environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
