Baker

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake fresh goods each morning
• Prepare doughs and starters for the following day's bake
• Clean bakery equipment, countertops, and floors thoroughly
• Communicate with front-end sales staff regarding additional baking needs

Requirements

• Ability to work early morning shifts (6am-2pm)
• Ability to work independently or within a small team
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
• Physical ability to stand/walk continuously
• Ability to lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Ability to perform frequent wrist rotation, flexing, and forceful gripping
