Baker

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake early each morning following recipes
• Read production schedules and recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients
• Mould and shape dough
• Process products through ovens
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute to customer experience

Requirements

• Positive attitude and good organizational skills
• Ability to stand and walk continuously
• Ability to lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Ability to perform frequent turning, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 metres
• Constant use of both hands with frequent wrist rotation
