Baker

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of bread and baked goods from scratch using trusted recipes
• Monitor and adjust baking equipment and oven temperatures
• Assist with inventory management and ingredients preparation
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Provide delightful customer interactions

Requirements

• Ability to start work at 3:00 AM
• Reliable transportation for early shifts
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Previous baking experience is an asset
