Baker

Responsibilities

• Bake a range of products from scratch using carefully crafted recipes
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow production schedules to ensure timely baking and replenishment
• Engage with customers to share passion for products and bolster community connections

Requirements

• Team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 22 kg
• Ability to perform frequent bending, turning, reaching, and wrist rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a baking or kitchen environment
