Baker

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning following recipes
• Read production schedules, measure and mix ingredients, and mold/shape dough
• Process products through ovens
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and provide customer service

Requirements

• Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 1:00 AM
• Availability to work weekends and statutory holidays
• Reliable personal transportation for early shifts
• Physical ability to stand/walk continuously and lift up to 22 kg
• Positive attitude and strong sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous baking experience
• Previous customer service experience
