Baker

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake early each morning following carefully crafted recipes
• Read production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, and mould and shape dough
• Process dough through ovens
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute to a great customer experience

Requirements

• Positive attitude and good organizational skills
• Ability to take pride in work and proactively find tasks
• Commitment to bakery success and personal development
• Ability to stand and walk continuously
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Ability to perform frequent turning, reaching, pushing, pulling, and forward bending
• Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 metres
• Constant use of both hands with frequent wrist rotation and flexing
