Baker

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning following carefully crafted recipes
• Keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience
• Read production schedules and recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients, mould and shape dough, and process items through ovens
• Work with the sales team to ensure customers receive excellent service

Requirements

• Ability to work early morning shifts (starting as early as 2:00 AM)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
• Strong organizational skills and a great attitude
• Physical ability for continuous standing and walking
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Ability to perform frequent turning, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending
• Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters
• Constant use of both hands with frequent wrist rotation and flexing
