Baker

Responsibilities

• Bake products from scratch following carefully crafted recipes
• Read production schedules and recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients
• Mould and shape dough
• Process products through ovens
• Bake, decorate, and manage proofing timing
• Maintain bakery cleanliness
• Contribute to a great customer experience

Requirements

• Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
• Availability to work 5 days a week
• Reliable personal transportation for early shifts
• Ability to stand and walk continuously
• Ability to lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Physical dexterity for wrist rotation, flexing, and forceful gripping
• Previous baking or customer service experience is an asset but not required
