Baker

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning starting at 2:00 AM
• Follow carefully crafted recipes to produce artisan bread and treats
• Read production schedules and recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients, mould and shape dough, and process items through ovens
• Maintain a clean bakery environment and contribute to a great customer experience

Requirements

• Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 2:00 AM
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
• Physical ability for continuous standing and walking
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Ability to lift at least 7.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters
• Manual dexterity for constant use of both hands, including wrist rotation and forceful gripping
