Baker

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team baking early each morning following carefully crafted recipes
• Keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience
• Learn production schedules and processes, including spinning and shaping dough
• Prove and bake creations in the ovens

Requirements

• Commitment to providing great customer service and quality baking
• Positive attitude and passion for learning
• Self-motivation and reliability
• Ability to stand and walk continuously
• Ability to lift and carry up to 22kg
• Relevant kitchen experience and baking education is desirable
