Baker

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning following carefully crafted recipes
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute to a great customer experience
• Read production schedules and recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients
• Mould and shape dough
• Process products through the ovens

Requirements

• Early riser capable of working independently or in a team
• Strong organizational skills and a great attitude
• Ability to stand and walk continuously
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters
• Physical capability for frequent turning, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending
• Manual dexterity for constant use of both hands and wrist rotation
