About the role
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team to bake each morning following carefully crafted recipes
- Keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience
- Read production schedules and recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients
- Mould and shape dough
- Process products through the ovens
Requirements
- Early riser capable of working independently or in a team
- Strong organizational skills and a great attitude
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 22 kg
- Ability to perform frequent wrist rotation, flexing, and forceful gripping
- Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters
