About the role
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team baking early each morning following carefully crafted recipes
- Maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute to a great customer experience
- Learn production schedules and processes including spinning, shaping, proving, and baking dough
- Ensure a safe and productive workplace through teamwork
Requirements
- Commitment to quality baking and customer service
- Positive attitude and passion for learning
- Self-motivation and reliability
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
- Ability to lift and carry up to 22kg
- Frequent bending, turning, and reaching
- Relevant kitchen experience and baking education is desirable
