Baker

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to produce a variety of baked goods
• Utilize baking equipment and manage the baking process
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience
• Support team members to ensure a productive work environment

Requirements

• Positive attitude and passion for baking
• Ability to work morning shifts starting as early as 4 AM
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks including mixing and shaping dough
