Baker

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning following carefully crafted recipes
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute to a great customer experience
• Read and write production schedules and recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients, mould and shape dough, and process through ovens
• Coach and train junior bakers

Requirements

• 1-2 years of baking experience
• Ability to work early morning shifts (3 am starts)
• Ability to stand and walk continuously
• Ability to lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
