Baker

Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of products from scratch each morning following carefully crafted recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment
• Read production schedules and recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients
• Mold and shape dough
• Operate baking equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Ability to start shifts as early as 2:00 AM
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 22 kg (50 lbs)
• Ability to perform frequent reaching, bending, and turning
• Constant use of hands for mixing and shaping
