Baker

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning following carefully crafted recipes
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute to a great customer experience
• Read production schedules and recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients
• Mould and shape dough
• Process products through ovens

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a baking setting or commercial kitchen
• Ability to stand and walk continuously
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to lift at least 15 pounds to a height of 5.5 feet
• Ability to work early morning shifts (as early as 2am)
• Must be at least 18 years old
