Baker

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place for breads, desserts, and other assigned products
• Elaborate breakfast breads and handle special orders with efficiency
• Follow strict recipes and established instructions for all products
• Maintain buffet replenishment with planned desserts
• Support other bakers and pastry chefs to ensure operational continuity
• Control and report weekly stock of refrigerated products to the chef
• Report missing ingredients or supplies to the area supervisor
• Pack, cover, and properly preserve preparations
• Maintain a clean, disinfected, and organized workspace and refrigeration areas
• Communicate relevant information and pending tasks to the next shift

Requirements

• Technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Bakery, or related fields
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Comprehensive technical knowledge in bakery
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the role or similar positions
• Ability to work with agility, order, cleanliness, and precision
