About the role
Responsibilities
- Bake and evaluate samples of bread, pizza, and cookie dough for quality and consistency
- Document bake-off results using an electronic tablet and communicate issues to management
- Assist the FSQA Technician with hourly quality checks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with food safety and plant standards
- Collaborate with Production and Sanitation departments to support overall plant operations
Requirements

- Previous baking, food manufacturing, or QA experience is a plus
