- Assist golfers with the storage and handling of golf bags and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Reconciliations express card in running billing system
- Communicate effectively with golf operations staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Support golf operations staff with various tasks as needed
Requirements
- Female, age max. 25 years old
- Minimum High school or equivalent
- Familiar with operating a computer
- Proficient in English
- Fresh Graduate or relevant experience in golf operations or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly personality
- Ability to handle dynamic situations calmly
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
