About the Company

Composio is building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work, including GitHub, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. We are a small team of engineers solving complex problems to provide the most capable bridge between agents and tools. We recently raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed and have seen rapid growth, 3x-ing our ARR earlier this year.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers and prospects to understand what they are actually trying to build with agents
• Turn messy conversations into demos, docs, workflows, distribution ideas, and product feedback
• Work backwards from the market into the product
• Write sharp notes after calls to inform engineering, growth, and founders
• Use Composio and agents aggressively to automate your own research, outreach, follow-up, and reporting

Requirements

• Strong market sense to distinguish real workflows from buzzwords
• Operator mindset: comfortable doing unglamorous work quickly and making it legible for the team
• AI native: use agents daily and have opinions on their limitations
• Excellent writing skills: ability to produce concise notes, docs, and outbound that does not sound AI-generated
• High level of human empathy and ability to build trust

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in founder-led GTM, customer success, solutions, or product operations
• Experience building internal tools or workflows
• Strong taste for internet-native distribution
