Backstage Stylist

Responsibilities

• Manage back of house and stockroom operations to ensure an organized environment
• Process incoming deliveries and manage stock replenishment for the shop floor
• Pick, pack, and quality check digital orders for allsaints.com fulfillment
• Maintain store aesthetics by ensuring product availability and upholding floor standards
• Support the management team in reaching store targets and delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in staff and stock areas

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use in-store digital tools for orders and deliveries
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work at pace under pressure
• Strong brand awareness and an interest in AllSaints style and values
• A friendly, collaborative, and driven attitude
