Backstage Senior Stylist

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize back of house operations and stockroom environments to support a showroom-standard customer experience
• Process incoming deliveries and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability on the shop floor
• Execute digital order fulfillment by picking, packing, and quality-checking orders for allsaints.com customers
• Maintain store aesthetics by upholding floor sets and high visual standards
• Support the wider store team by assisting with customer styling, gift wrapping, and cash desk replenishment as needed
• Ensure staff areas and stockrooms are maintained to the highest level of housekeeping

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced stockroom environment
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools for order processing and inventory management
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding product quality and stock accuracy
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong brand awareness and a passion for the AllSaints aesthetic
• A collaborative, "can-do" attitude and a commitment to team success
