Backstage Senior Stylist

Responsibilities

• Manage back of house and stockroom operations to ensure an organized environment
• Process new deliveries and manage stock replenishment for the shop floor
• Pick, pack, and quality check digital orders for allsaints.com fulfillment
• Maintain the store's aesthetic by ensuring product availability and upholding floor standards
• Support the management team in reaching sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
• Assist with cash desk replenishment and gift wrapping as needed
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in staff and stock areas

• Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use in-store digital tools for orders and deliveries

• Ability to step "on-stage" to style and serve customers when required
