Responsibilities

  • Administration and handling of securities transactions including stocks, bonds, derivatives, and currencies
  • Liquidity management and reconciliation/matching of financial transactions
  • Handling of dividends and corporate actions
  • Contact and collaboration with international custodian banks and counterparties
  • Ensuring processes are carried out according to internal routines and regulations
  • Ongoing administrative tasks related to securities management

Requirements

  • Experience in securities administration or similar operational roles within banking, fund management, or finance
  • Experience with liquidity management and reconciliations
  • Experience with dividends and corporate actions
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong administrative skills and a structured way of working
