About the role
Responsibilities
- Administration and handling of securities transactions including stocks, bonds, derivatives, and currencies
- Liquidity management and reconciliation/matching of financial transactions
- Handling of dividends and corporate actions
- Contact and collaboration with international custodian banks and counterparties
- Ensuring processes are carried out according to internal routines and regulations
- Ongoing administrative tasks related to securities management
Requirements
- Experience in securities administration or similar operational roles within banking, fund management, or finance
- Experience with liquidity management and reconciliations
- Experience with dividends and corporate actions
- Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong administrative skills and a structured way of working
