Backend Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end components of web applications
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for front-end and back-end communication
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement features
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvement
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance

Requirements

• Expertise in back-end technologies such as Golang or Python
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of web security principles and best practices
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes-based deployments
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS

Preferred Qualifications

• GCP experience and/or GCP certifications
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for learning and staying current with technology trends
