Backend Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver core product features meeting functional and non-functional requirements
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code with thorough testing and debugging
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality documentation
• Tackle complex architectural and performance problems in high-load environments
• Drive improvements to service latency, fault tolerance, and resilience
• Participate in technical interviews and support team onboarding
• Automate repetitive tasks and contribute to performance optimizations

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software development
• 3+ years of experience with Go
• Experience with Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS)
• Experience with PostgreSQL (Cassandra is a plus)
• Solid experience with ORM, DBMS, and database architecture
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, containerization, and virtualization
• Experience with high-load, concurrency, and multithreading systems
• Experience in microservice development
• Strong understanding of system design and integration patterns
• English level B2+

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled in Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with unit, integration, and load testing
• Experience in debugging, profiling, and code optimizations
