Backend Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver core product features meeting functional and non-functional requirements
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code while performing testing and debugging
• Optimize for scalability and address technical debt
• Write well-documented code and automation tests with strong coverage
• Drive improvements to service latency, fault tolerance, and resilience in high-load environments
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases
• Apply clean code principles and best engineering practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 3+ years of backend software development experience in Golang
• Experience with high-load, concurrency, and multithreading backend systems
• Experience with microservice development
• Strong skills in building reliable and scalable services (APIs, storage, testing, CI/CD)
• Solid knowledge of modern development practices (version control, reviews, releases)
• Solid experience with ORM, DBMS, and database architecture
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and system design
• Experience with DevOps tools (containerization, virtualization, monitoring)
• Experience in software testing (unit, integration, and load tests)
• English level B2+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial or market-based software development
• Experience with distributed systems
