About the role
Responsibilities
- Own module integration for specific segments within the process flow
- Drive improvements in yield, reliability, performance, and product competitiveness
- Mitigate production risk from BEOL module-related technical issues
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve systematic defect and device/parametric yield issues
- Manage critical dimension targeting and variation control within the module
- Review yield, cost, and throughput related process changes at the Change Control Board
- Provide yield risk assessment and failure modeling for factory incidents
- Transfer advanced technology nodes from HQ
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
- 5+ years of BEOL process integration experience
- Expertise in Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Experience in fab unit processes such as Lithography, Etch, Diffusion, Thin Films Deposition, Wet Cleans, or CMP
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills with the ability to deliver executive summaries
- Proven experience leading cross-functional task force teams (TFT)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis software such as JMP or Spotfire
- Data mining programming or scripting experience
- Korean language skills
