Backend Lead Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team in designing and building scalable backend services
• Develop and maintain microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Architect and implement solutions within a Kubernetes (k8s) environment
• Design and build rich, live-data applications capable of rapid change
• Communicate technical solutions to customers and management stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively within a globally dispersed team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 7-10 years of professional experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot microservices
• Deep knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security
• Proven experience building and deploying microservices in a k8s environment
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing technical teams
• Experience working with live-data applications
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
