Backend Java/AWS Developer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the modernization strategy of technological platforms
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications
• Participate in the evolution of cloud architectures and AWS ecosystems
• Develop and maintain secure and scalable REST APIs
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
• Ensure code quality through best practices, automated testing, and code reviews
• Support delivery teams in adopting transversal technologies
• Participate in DevSecOps and GitOps activities
• Monitor, support, and ensure the stability of production applications
• Share technical expertise and mentor colleagues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of backend software development experience
• Excellent mastery of Java and Spring Boot
• Solid experience with AWS environments
• Strong understanding of microservices and API-oriented architectures
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform, and Harness
• Proficiency in REST API development and integration
• Experience with Clean Code, DevSecOps, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong data transformation and manipulation skills
• Fluency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence and intelligent automation
• Understanding of the banking sector and its technological challenges
• Experience in large-scale technological transformation environments
• Experience in technical mentoring or coaching
