Backend Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical product design in collaboration with architecture and production teams
• Propose technical solutions adapted to functional needs
• Develop new backend features
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Prepare and support production deployments with DevOps teams
• Ensure deliverable quality and associated documentation
• Provide corrective maintenance and application-level support
• Diagnose and resolve technical production incidents
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective)

Requirements

• Solid experience in Java backend development
• Mastery of REST APIs and the Spring framework
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
• Sensitivity to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of monitoring and log analysis tools (ELK)
• Experience in Agile environments and application production
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
