Backend Engineer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices using Java
• Ensure high code quality through unit, integration, and automated testing
• Participate in the design of scalable and secure architectures
• Integrate applications with core banking systems and various internal/external services
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and Product Owners on requirements definition
• Implement and provide support for CI/CD pipelines
• Document and maintain developed solutions in accordance with bank standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with Java (8 or higher)
• Proven experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
• Solid knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis)
• Proficiency with Git and experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles
