Responsibilities

• Build novel AI-driven product experiences and user interfaces on the web
• Perform full-stack engineering with a focus on creating scalable backend systems
• Debug complex streaming issues
• Own the entire development cycle of features, from conception to production
• Write code quickly and ship frequently to help scale content

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a Backend Engineer
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience coaching and mentoring other engineers
• Strong product sense and ability to think cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on an app with over 1M users
