Responsibilities

• Optimize Postgres and the service layer to maintain platform performance
• Own and extend backend services powering matching, recruiter workflows, payments, and marketplace operations
• Build and maintain integrations across various recruiter and hiring manager systems
• Manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, improving observability and deployment reliability
• Strengthen authentication, access control, and data protection
• Build internal AI tooling and infrastructure to enhance team productivity

Requirements

• Deep expertise in backend systems and databases
• Experience running and managing production infrastructure
• Pragmatic approach to engineering decisions and optimization
• Operationally minded with experience in observability and reliability
• High level of ownership and proactive problem-solving skills
