Responsibilities

• Design and evolve systems powering billing, procurement, metering, partner integrations, and data pipelines
• Build for correctness, performance, and resilience at massive scale
• Use AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining architectural ownership
• Shape engineering culture, tooling, and CI/CD processes
• Set engineering standards and conduct critical code reviews

Requirements

• Proven experience operating backend systems at meaningful scale
• Deep understanding of systems thinking, data flow, and system boundaries
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments
• Strong focus on clean abstractions and explicit contracts
• Passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges and the energy transition
