Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and improve features that help our AI orchestrator deliver personalized experience
• Write clean, reliable code with performance, scalability, and security in mind
• Work closely with other developers to design, build, and maintain Go-based microservices
• Take end-to-end ownership of services from implementation to deployment and monitoring
• Adapt and ship solutions at high speed in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

• Experience creating scalable, stable, and secure code with Golang
• Experience with distributed technologies and NoSQL databases
• Strong background in high-load applications and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with System Design and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
• Passion for secure, compliant backend architecture
• Ability to balance speed and quality in a startup environment
• Collaborative mindset for discussing and redesigning ideas
