About the Company

Meter is unifying the full networking stack to make it autonomous. We are building a neural network-driven system for reasoning in raw computer networks to solve networking problems by building models in a closed-loop system that uses real-time telemetry, logs, and events.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Models API for accessing training, evaluation, and deployment data
• Ensure backwards compatibility and feature versioning across evolving schemas
• Build scalable pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and serving petabytes of data using Kafka, Postgres, and Clickhouse
• Create CI/CD workflows that evolve the API in lockstep with data schema changes
• Enable fine-grained querying of historical and real-time data
• Collaborate with modelers to co-design reproducible and fast training and evaluation pipelines
• Own performance across key endpoints to meet real-time serving constraints

Requirements

• Experience designing large-scale data infrastructure across batch and streaming modes
• Deep understanding of schema design, versioning, and data quality
• Ability to thrive in early-stage environments and build from scratch
• Experience partnering closely with research or modeling teams
