Backend Engineer Graduate (Recommendation Architecture)

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize recommendation system architectures to ensure high availability and stability.
• Develop intelligent systems for strategy management, including automated evaluation and identification of ineffective strategies.
• Leverage large model capabilities for adaptive tuning, parameter optimization, and fault diagnosis.
• Balance cost-efficiency with model performance when applying generative technologies to recommendation systems.
• Handle massive heterogeneous data across cross-domain scenarios while ensuring data privacy and security.
• Develop high-performance storage engines and automated training data processing pipelines based on Data-Centric AI concepts.
• Construct multimodal data heterogeneous computing frameworks to improve training and processing efficiency.
• Collaborate with algorithm engineers to co-design architectures that support large-scale computing models.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Software Development, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong command of data structures and fundamental algorithms.
• Proficiency in C/C++ (for traditional coding roles) or Python (for intelligent coding roles).
• Research experience or practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), data modeling, or algorithm optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with algorithm engineers, data analysts, and product managers.
• Interest in driving innovation within e-commerce generative recommendation systems.
