Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy, and run backend solutions using AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code using Python
• Apply Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles and common design patterns
• Take end-to-end ownership of products, collaborating with international developers, architects, and testers
• Design consistent and reliable systems using advanced problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with a global team to improve services, tooling, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with Python and frameworks such as Flask
• Experience with cloud providers (preferably AWS) and CDK
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab)
• Proven experience in System Design, scaling, and maintaining solutions
• Proficiency in Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles
• Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience with event-driven and microservice architectures
• Proven experience with API design
• Knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudFront, and DocumentDB
• Experience with other object-oriented languages like Java or Kotlin
• Knowledge of embedded development (e.g., C++ or Adaptive Autosar)
