Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web services using ASP.NET and C#
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement robust, reliable solutions
• Write unit tests to ensure high code quality and reliability
• Create test plans for end-to-end tests to support other teams
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with established coding standards
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development
• Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework Core
• Strong understanding of client-server architectures
• Experience with gRPC and RESTful services
• Working knowledge of Git and Jira
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PostgreSQL databases
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles
• Experience with Aspire
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
