About the role

Responsibilities

Assist front waiters in serving guests and delivering high-quality service
Prepare and replenish side stations with cutlery, glassware, and condiments
Clear tables and remove used dishes, cutlery, and glassware promptly and discreetly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
Support efficient food and beverage service flow by coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs as directed by the front waitstaff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

Previous experience as a Back Waiter in a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
Professional and polished appearance
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be currently located in the UAE
